Andy, Guy, Jasmine and Hugo

Just come back from summer holidays.

We went through Holland, Germany, Austria, Italy, San Marino, back into Italy, Vatican City, back into Italy, France and then home.

Hugo got his first swimming certificate today after his fifth swimming lesson. It’s a ’Level 2′ award. We’re not quite sure what it’s for yet. Perhaps for remembering his trunks every week so far ?

He can swim about two metres on his own, but then needs to stop to breathe.

This week he was learning how to breathe so might be able to go further next week.

They’d run out of certificates and badges, but should have them soon.

Hugo can now set off on his bike, so we can now go for bike rides !!

We went all the way upto Fairhaven Lake for an ice cream and then back home again with only a few stops.

We went off for a week in France this halfterm. We went to see the cathedral at Chartres first and then off to Brittany for the rest of the week.

It always makes sense to watch the ball when you play catch, otherwise it might hit you on the head.

Fortunately no serious injuries, except for five minutes of grumpiness.

Hugo was part of the supporting cast in the Christmas play of 2006.

Jasmine played Peter in the Easter 2006 play.
